Work measurement

We provide a service to assess work content (Set Standard Times) wherever human work is performed.

Various techniques are applied to collect information for analysis, with a view to improvement, e.g.

• Stopwatch Time Studies

• Activity Sampling

• Rated Activity Sampling

Assessment of efficiency levels

Determined through the application of M / A Ratio studies, where we provide a consultant for approximately 10 hours to measure the level of management- and motivation on a production line.

This will give a clear indication of the scope which exists for improvement.

Efficiency control systems

We provide a computerized program, for printing bar-coded tickets, to capture performance levels and print reports for any time frame.  This includes graphs to show performance- and down time trends for individuals or groups.
